Jier Su

Jier Su has a strong background in product planning and project management. They began their career at Thai Sheng Fa as a Project Manager, overseeing the development of large and small plush products. In 1998, they joined Southland Micro Systems as an Assistant Product Marketing and later moved to Mattel as a Senior New Product Planner. At Mattel, they gained experience in product planning and development. In 2005, Jier Su joined MGA Entertainment as the Sr. Director of Product Planning/PMO, where they managed a team of project management analysts and were responsible for all product development activities. They also handled budget management, created top line analysis reports, and made strategic decisions to protect the company's bottom line.

Jier Su completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of California, Riverside from 1990 to 1994. Following that, from 1999 to 2002, Jier Su pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration.
