Luis Tanahara

Luis Tanahara is an accomplished Senior Product Designer at MGA Entertainment since September 2018 and the Founder/Principal of Tanahara Design™ since January 1985. With extensive experience in product development and design, Luis has held key roles at various companies, including Chief Designer at Jetta/Elite Ace Limited and V.P. of Product Development and Design at both XTR Toys and Jada Toys Inc. Previous positions also include Head of Design Department at Phoenix Toys and contract designer at Mattel. Luis began professional training in design while attending Mt. San Antonio College from 1998 to 2000 and has a diverse background in the toy industry, demonstrating a strong commitment to innovation and design excellence.
