MGA Thermal
Dr. Alexander Post has a diverse work experience. In 2013, they worked as a Research Officer at CSIRO until 2014. Following that, they joined the University of Newcastle in 2017 as an Associate Lecturer until 2019. In 2018, they co-founded MGA Thermal and assumed the role of Co-Founder and CTO, which they currently hold.
Dr. Alexander Post completed their education in the field of Mechanical Engineering. In 2008, they pursued their Bachelor of Engineering degree at the University of Newcastle, which they successfully obtained in 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, they continued their academic journey at the same institution and pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Post completed their Ph.D. in 2019, further enhancing their expertise in the field.

MGA Thermal they are developing novel materials, designing innovative technologies, and delivering thermal energy storage solutions. They are improving the electrical grid’s stability, residential and commercial space heating, industrial process and waste heat, and even electric vehicles. Their focus, is enabling intermittent renewable energysources such as the sun and wind, to provide base load electricity to the grid.
