Synthia McIntosh

Synthia McIntosh is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical and process engineering across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Site Mechanical Engineer at MGC Pure Chemicals America, Inc. since November 2013, Synthia is responsible for planning and managing preventative maintenance for site equipment and overseeing contractor services. Prior roles include SXEW Superintendent and Sr. Process Engineer at Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc., where Synthia led safe production efforts and technical operations. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Kingsford Manufacturing Company, ASARCO, Helium Field Operations, and the US Bureau of Mines Research Center, focusing on quality management, process improvements, and research innovation.
