Olga Shpuntenko is the CHRO at Mgcom. Olga has previously worked as the Head of Employee Experience at Tinkoff Bank and as the Global CHRO at Social Discovery Ventures. Olga has a proven track record in developing highly effective and scalable programs for Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, People Communications, and HR Automation. Olga is a champion of company culture and has developed a company communication approach to achieve ongoing alignment of the team with the company strategy. Olga has also built a sophisticated people analytics system to equip the People Team and functional heads with actionable insights to improve company culture, employee experience and the overall performance of the business through people programs.

Olga Shpuntenko has a Master's degree in Telekomunikace a radiotechnika from the Czech Technical University in Prague. Olga is also a Design Thinking Coach from d.standards. Olga has an Engineer's degree in Communication and Information Security Department from Omsk State Technical University (OSTU). Lastly, they have a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources from City Business School.
