Melissa Goren, PE, IALD, LC, LEED AP has over 15 years of lighting design experience. Melissa has worked in various sectors including residential, research, corporate, and education. Melissa has provided their expertise for prominent healthcare facilities such as NYU Langone Medical Center's Emergency Department and the Brooklyn Health Center. Melissa has also worked on laboratory buildings such as the Belfer Research Building at Weill Cornell Medical College and the Rohm and Haas building in Shanghai, China. Melissa is currently the Director of Lighting Design Services at MG Engineering D.P.C. and was previously a Studio Manager at LightBox Studios NYC. Prior to that, they held the role of Associate at Jaros Baum & Bolles.
Melissa Goren, PE, IALD, LC, LEED AP completed their Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree at Penn State University from 1996 to 2001. Melissa then pursued an MBA at NYU Stern School of Business from 2003 to 2007, with a focus on Finance and Management.
