Laurent Ballu

Laurent Ballu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Responsable RH at MGEN for the Establissement de Santé Mentale de Rueil-Malmaison et Neuilly-Sur-Seine since July 2015, Laurent oversees HR services, recruitment policies, professional training, and career management. Previous roles at MGEN include Responsable Projets RH and Chargé de développement RH, focusing on talent management, project development, and SIRH operations. Prior to MGEN, Laurent held positions in reporting and HR studies at Crédit Agricole CIB and Crédit Agricole Assurances, as well as roles in HR development at Sopra Group and EUROGROUP CONSULTING France, highlighting a strong background in career management, social reporting, and recruitment processes.
