Valérie Capdeville is a seasoned human resources manager with 20 years of experience in the field. They began their career in candidate research and selection, later supporting employees through their career paths. Currently, Valérie oversees HR transformations at MGEN, where they manage a team and champion initiatives to redefine managerial roles. Valérie holds a Master’s degree in Management of Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility from IAE Paris and a Master’s degree in Economics from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
