Koos also contributed to the setup of engineering departments and the development of advanced coating systems at Hauzer Techno Coating Europe BV. Early career experience includes design and engineering for domestic boiler appliances at Radson BV. Educational qualifications encompass mechanical engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and studies in casting technology.
