Katie Cresswell is the EVP, Digital Operations Director at MGH. Katie has over 10 years of experience in marketing and account management. Katie started their career as a math teacher at Baltimore City Public Schools - Lake Clifton High School. After two years, they transitioned into the advertising world as a Business Development Manager/ Account Manager at Carton Donofrio Partners. There, they coordinated pitch presentations for new business and managed internal marketing for the agency. In 2011, Katie moved to Groove Commerce where they were an Account Manager. Katie managed the day-to-day client projects to ensure deliverables are on time. During their time at Groove Commerce, Katie developed a deeper understanding of analytics for interactive communications efforts. Katie also tracked client budgets and worked with accounting and production to manage the agency spending associated with jobs. In 2012, Katie was promoted to EVP, Digital Operations Director at MGH. In this role, they manage a team of digital experts who execute integrated marketing campaigns across all channels including paid media, SEO, email, social media, and website development.

Katie Cresswell received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from James Madison University. Katie then pursued a career in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
