Nelly Lucas

Nelly Lucas is an experienced recruitment and human resources professional, currently serving as Chargée de Recrutement at MGI Consultants since February 2022. Prior to this, Nelly held the position of Chargée de Missions RH at INSYCO from November 2017 to February 2022, focusing on recruitment, training, and various transversal projects including the organization of CSE elections and CSR initiatives. Nelly's career also includes roles as an Executive Recruiter at VMS France, where involvement in middle and top management searches was key, and Chargée de Recrutement at ManpowerGroup Solutions, contributing to the RPO project for Renault Nissan. Earlier experience includes positions in human resources at VWR and as Chargée de recherche at Ad Hominem International.
