Melissa Pezzimenti is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator for both The Amazing Baby Company and MGI since May 2023. Previously, Melissa held the position of People and Culture Manager at CTRL Cybersecurity from November 2022 to May 2023, after a decade at Kiandra, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment, managing the employee lifecycle, and driving engagement and culture change. Starting their career as a Customer Service Assistant at Basile Imports, Melissa has a solid educational foundation with dual degrees in Human Resource Management and Media and Communications from Deakin University.
