Gina Zielinski

Gina Zielinski has extensive experience in talent management and employee development leadership, currently serving as an Employee Experience Partner at MGIC since August 2015, following various roles including Talent Management Consultant and Talent Development Lead. Prior to MGIC, Gina held the position of Vice President at BMO Financial Group for over 35 years, where responsibilities included Senior Learning Manager for the Institute for Learning US EDGE Team. Gina's career also includes various HR roles at Security and M&I from 1980 to 2011 and talent development positions at M&I Bank and Marshall & Ilsley. Gina Zielinski's educational background includes studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Upper Iowa University.
