Rachel Handforth

Rachel Handforth is an experienced project and program manager with a strong background in transformational initiatives and global project execution. Currently serving as the Lead Transformation Program Manager at MGIC since November 2020, Rachel is responsible for preparing business cases for transformative initiatives, defining outcomes, and analyzing resource requirements and budgets. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at SIXCEL, where Rachel enhanced operational processes for staffing firms, and IS Project Manager at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Rachel also spent over a decade at ManpowerGroup as a Senior Global Program Manager, managing multiple global projects across various regions. Rachel began the career in IT project management at Manpower UK, focusing on application development and cross-departmental collaboration. Rachel holds a degree in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University.
