Alina Melnikova

Alina Melnikova is an HR Generalist at MGID since January 2022, where responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding, employee support, and the implementation of corporate HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and productivity. Previous experience spans roles at KPMG Ukraine, including Senior Specialist and Specialist in Audit HR, focusing on organizational capacity building and performance development processes. Alina also held positions as a Human Resources Administrator and Junior HR Administrator. Alina obtained a Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Materials Management from Национальный транспортный университет from 2004 to 2009.
