Natalia Herya

Natalia Herya has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Natalia currently holds the role of Head of Global Recruitment at MGID since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an International Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on global recruitment. Natalia also worked as a Human Resources Officer at Finom from October 2020 to January 2022. Natalia gained experience in executive search and HR consulting as a Consultant at United Consultants from October 2013 to March 2014. Before that, they held the position of HR Generalist in the CIS region at MSD Company from March 2010 to September 2013. Natalia has also held various roles at United Consultants, including HR Projects Coordinator and Recruitment Assistant, between 2008 and 2010. Natalia'searly work experience includes working as a Translator/Assistant at the National Rugby Federation of Ukraine from June 2004 to February 2007.

Natalia Herya received their Specialist degree in Linguistics from Kyiv National Linguistics University in the period from 1998 to 2004. In addition, they obtained a certification in Mentoring Others from LinkedIn in 2016, and is currently pursuing a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, which is expected to be completed in October 2023.
