Roman Sobko has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Roman started their career as an SMM specialist at Devbattles startup in 2013, where they managed social media pages and ran social ads campaigns. Roman then worked as an account manager at Google from 2016 to 2017, assisting customers in adopting Google technologies and optimizing campaigns. In 2015, they worked as a freelance PPC specialist at AdsPartner. Roman joined ASKfm in 2017 as a marketing manager, where they prepared customer journey and acquisition funnel for a crypto project and implemented PR cases. In 2018, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at Kasko2go, building and leading the marketing team for the crypto startup and raising $5 million in an ICO/IDO round. Currently, Roman is the Head of Media Buying at MGID, where they manage a team and launches campaigns on various platforms for multiple countries across Europe, Asia, and Latam.

Roman Sobko obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Ternopil Academy of National Economy between 2010 and 2015.
