Zhiva Subramanian Ramamurthy

Zhiva Subramanian Ramamurthy has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Zhiva Subramanian started their career as a Consultant at ASTI in 2000 and then worked as a Business Analyst at SAPS Systems, where they focused on projects related to the textile industry. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Business Analyst at Swansys Technologies Pvt Ltd. Zhiva Subramanian then joined Zeta Cyber Solutions (P) Ltd as a Senior System Analyst in 2006. Later that year, they became a Systems Project Lead at Hewitt Associates LLC, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Manager at Sakthi Enterprises. In 2012, they joined Hewitt Associates as a Multi-Service Manager. Zhiva Subramanian then worked at Crotus Technologies from 2013 to 2015 as a Manager - Business Analyst/Development, managing the implementation of software for the hospitality industry. Currently, they serve as the Director of Information Technology at MGM Muthu Hotels, where they manage the IT operations of 19 hotels across multiple countries. Zhiva Subramanian is responsible for managing various applications, infrastructure projects, and system maintenance tasks.

Zhiva Subramanian Ramamurthy completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Madurai Kamraj University in Madurai between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in Business/Commerce, General from St. Joseph's College in Tiruchirappalli, which they attended from 1992 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Zhiva obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2020 and ITIL Foundation Level from PeopleCert in April 2020.
