Adam Cooper

Adam Cooper is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Tax at MGM Resorts International since November 2018. Previously, Adam held the position of Managing Director of Financial Reporting and Tax at Conifer Financial Services from April 2009 to April 2018, where responsibilities included managing teams in the preparation of financial statements and tax documents for various investment entities. Adam's earlier career included roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, first as a Senior Associate focused on tax return preparation for private investment funds and later as a Manager, researching and drafting memos for tax clients. Adam holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
