Amber Upton

Amber Upton is a dedicated professional in the field of information technology and cybersecurity, currently serving in the Internal Audit - IT department at MGM Resorts International since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as an Information Technology Security Analyst at Link Technologies and as an IT Security Analyst for the City of Las Vegas. Amber has also contributed as an Academic Success Coach Graduate Assistant at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, alongside previous positions in administrative support and retail sales. Amber's educational background encompasses a dual Master’s program in Cybersecurity and Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Music Teacher Education from Murray State University.
