Art Ramos

Art Ramos is an experienced professional in the hospitality and events industry with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Meetings and Events at MGM Resorts International since June 2022, Art has previously held significant roles including Banquet Operations at Resorts World Las Vegas, and Director of Convention Operations at Caesars Entertainment, where responsibilities included the pre-opening operations of a major conference facility. Art's extensive background at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and MGM Grand Hotel & Casino includes managing large-scale banquet and convention operations, enhancing revenue strategies, and overseeing substantial labor budgets. Art began in the industry at Tropicana Las Vegas, progressing through various food and beverage management positions. Art holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
