Autumn Spicer

Autumn Spicer is a seasoned professional in social impact and sustainability, currently serving as Senior Manager at MGM Resorts International since May 2021. With a strong background in external relations, Autumn specializes in fostering strategic partnerships with community organizations, advocacy groups, and government entities to advance sustainability and philanthropic initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Community Relations Manager for the Las Vegas Aces WNBA, where Autumn developed community programming focused on health, wellness, diversity, and education. Autumn also held roles at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, first as Community Relations Coordinator for UNLV Athletics, leading community engagement efforts, and later as Administrative Coordinator overseeing operations and liaising with various campus departments. Autumn Spicer holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both with a focus on Marketing from UNLV Lee Business School and University of Nevada-Las Vegas, respectively.
