Barry Diller

Barry Diller is the current Director at MGM Resorts International. Barry has also held positions as an Instructor at the University of Houston-Clear Lake and IT Security Engineer at Lockheed Martin.

Diller’s experience includes developing curriculums, presenting classes, and preparing students for exams. Barry has also managed the implementation plan and schedule for the new Mission Systems Security Center (MSSC) Security Operations Center (SOC) at the NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC), as well as developing operational procedures and configuration of reports and alerts for MSSC systems. In addition, Diller has led the MSSC Security Operations team for one year and the IT Security Engineering team for over seven years.

Diller’s other experience includes developing and implementing security architecture, system designs, policies, and procedures for the new Mission Control Center Systems (MCCS) at the NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC). Barry is also responsible for performing continuous monitoring of controls and annual updates of security plan documentation in order to maintain Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) certification and accreditation.
