Behruz Rushenas

Behruz Rushenas is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in identity and access management (IAM) and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer in IAM at MGM Resorts International since October 2022, Behruz previously held positions at Avanade as a Sr. Security Consultant, where responsibilities included implementing Azure Active Directory security services and features. Prior to Avanade, Behruz worked with Dimension Data as an IAM Cloud Engineer, managing identity synchronization and automation for multiple clients. Also notable are roles at Koerix CO as an IAM Independent Consultant, Amgen Inc. as an IAM Lead Engineer, and Critical Path as a Senior Architect in Identity Management. Behruz's career began in program system analysis with roles at International Herald Tribune, TTT Technologies, and VRC Technology. Behruz holds a Master's degree in Computer Sciences from Vincennes University in Saint-Denis, Paris, France.
