Christopher Vernicek

Christopher Vernicek is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in event services and hospitality management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Event Services at MGM Resorts International since April 2021, Christopher previously held multiple leadership roles at Grand Hyatt New York, including Director of Event Sales & Event Planning and Associate Director of Sales. With a career that began at HYATT Hotels in various positions such as F&B Outlets Manager, Director of Catering & Convention Services, and Director of Banquets, Christopher has cultivated a strong foundation in event management and customer service. Christopher holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University at Albany.
