Craig Schoettler

Craig Schoettler serves as the Chief Communications Officer at Zo's Bravehearts Foundation since April 2024, focusing on support for families with children facing cancer. Previously, Craig held the position of Executive Director of Beverage and Corporate Mixologist at MGM Resorts International, a role started in May 2023, after serving as Vice President of Beverage at TAO Group from October 2021 to May 2023. Craig also has a substantial history at MGM Resorts International in various beverage-related roles from March 2016 to October 2021. Experience includes leadership positions such as Director of Beverage at Menin Hospitality and Executive Chef at The Aviary. Craig's culinary journey began with roles as Chef de Tournant and Chef De Partie at Alinea Restaurant, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Arts earned at Johnson & Wales University from 2004 to 2007.
