Ernie Yuen

Ernie Yuen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and management within the nonprofit and hospitality sectors. As the Executive Director of Southern Nevada Association of PRIDE, Inc. since 2014, Ernie has excelled in ensuring programmatic excellence, engaging with board members and stakeholders, and developing a high-performance management team. Additionally, Ernie manages daily operations as the F&B Catering, Banquet, and Convention Manager at MGM Resorts International, coordinating a range of events from banquets to corporate conventions. Previous roles include Beverage and Restaurant Manager at ARAMARK, General Manager at Hamburger Marys, and Corporate Trainer/Lead Server at The Cheesecake Factory, where Ernie oversaw staff training, operational management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
