Jennifer Wadsworth

Jennifer Wadsworth currently serves as the Academy Manager at MGM Resorts International, where responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of standardized training across MGM properties in Las Vegas and the surrounding region. In addition, Jennifer holds the position of Adjunct Senior Instructor at Safariland and has extensive experience as a Law Enforcement Tactical Trainer with MCJTC and Monadnock since 1992. Jennifer began a law enforcement career in Massachusetts in 1991 as the first full-time Police Officer for the town of Monson and has trained officers in defensive tactics throughout the state. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Western New England University and an Associate's degree in Psychology from Springfield Technical Community College.
