Joshua Carey

Joshua Carey is an experienced Operations Manager at MGM Resorts International, with a career spanning from December 2007 to the present. In this role, Joshua has focused on enhancing customer service through directing a team and managing reservations for rooms, shows, and dining. Prior to this, Joshua held various positions at MGM Resorts, including Interim Operations Manager and Relief Supervisor, where responsibilities involved resolving guest issues and improving service quality. Joshua's career began at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino as a Room Reservations Sales Agent, and earlier experience includes a role as a Retail Sales Associate at Sears, Roebuck and Co. Joshua holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Keystone College and graduated from Athol High School.
