Kourosh Cyrus Davarpanah holds an MBA from the University of Oklahoma and has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Vice President at MGM Resorts International since April 2017, Kourosh has also held notable positions as Sommelier at Moxie & Red Restaurant and Red Restaurant Group from August 2007 to January 2017. Prior to that, Kourosh was the Operating Partner at Cyrus Waterfront Restaurant, overseeing the development of the restaurant's concept. Additionally, Kourosh was the General Manager/Sommelier at Lockkeepers Restaurant from March 1995 to January 2007, responsible for daily operations and curating a distinguished wine list.
