Michelle Waters has over 25 years of experience in various administrative and financial roles within the hospitality industry, primarily at MGM Resorts International and its associated properties. Beginning at The Mirage in 1998, Michelle progressed through several positions, including Executive Assistant and Coordinator Admin Finance, before taking on roles at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. From 2003 to the present, Michelle has served as an Assistant to Corp Executive at MGM Resorts International, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and effective organizational support. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Fullerton.
