Rob Fitzpatrick

Rob Fitzpatrick is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the gaming and entertainment industry. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at MGM Resorts International since June 2017, Rob previously held the same position at Penn National Gaming and Hollywood Casinos, where notable achievements included the successful opening of a $450 million property for the Kumeyaay Indians. Rob's career also includes significant roles as Chief Financial Officer at Meadowlands Racing & Entertainment, transition of a premier racetrack to a private entity, and American Racing and Entertainment, overseeing the financial operations of New York State racinos. Earlier experience as Vice President of Finance at Rivers Casino included the opening of an $800 million casino in Pittsburgh. Rob holds an MBA with a marketing emphasis from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
