Currently serving as the Executive Director of Media and Digital Media Director at MGM Resorts International since March 2020, Thomas develops and executes digital media strategies for the Las Vegas market, focusing on driving awareness and engagement across multiple channels. Prior to this role, Thomas held various positions at R&R Partners from April 2013 to March 2020, including Associate Director of Channel & Media Strategy, where significant contributions were made in developing channel strategies for high-profile clients. Thomas holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Chinese from UCLA, obtained in 2012.
