Amanda Croteau

Amanda Croteau (Gagnon) has extensive experience in entertainment management, currently serving as the Director of Entertainment at MGM Springfield since March 2013. In this role, Amanda oversees front of house operations for various entertainment venues, manages event budgets, and contracts artists, all while ensuring cross-departmental collaboration and guest satisfaction. Previous roles at MGM Springfield include Senior Entertainment Manager and Entertainment Event Services Manager, where Amanda handled event logistics and client requests. Additionally, Amanda has experience in project coordination and office administration, along with involvement in casting for theatrical productions. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Westfield State University and an Associate's degree from Springfield Technical Community College.
