Mike Russo

Mike Russo has extensive experience in security and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Security Field Training Officer at MGM Springfield since June 2018, Mike is responsible for training new security personnel. Prior to this, Mike worked as an Administrator for the Boy Scouts of America and as a Territory Sales Lead at Anderson Merchandisers. Mike spent over a decade at J. Polep, initially as a Supervisor and later as the Transportation Department Manager, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, payroll, recruiting, and overseeing multiple satellite locations in a multi-state distribution network.
