Shrinivas Kotbagi (Sanju)

Shrinivas (Sanju) Kotbagi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Shrinivas (Sanju) started their career in 1994 as a Marketing Engineer at Innovative Technomics Pvt. Ltd. Shrinivas (Sanju) then worked as a Sales Engineer at MH Al-Muftah Est from 1998 to 1999. In 2002, they worked as an Electro Mechanical Engineer at Swiki Anderson and Associates, Inc. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Customer Care Professional at Prime Wireless. In 2004, they briefly worked as a Test Engineer at Virginia Transformer Corp. Since 2005, they have been associated with MGM Transformer Company, where they started as an Application Engineer and later became the Manager of Sales and Engineering Support. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Inside Sales at MGM Transformer Company.

Shrinivas (Sanju) Kotbagi's education history begins with their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, which they obtained from Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum from 1990 to 1994. Shrinivas (Sanju) then pursued a Postgraduate Degree in International Business from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune from 1998 to 1999.

In 2000, Kotbagi attended Lamar University, where they obtained a Master of Engineering Management degree. During this time, they focused on Engineering/Industrial Management and Electrical Engineering.

Additionally, Kotbagi has obtained a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the State of California in January 2009.
