Tyson Hottinger

Tyson Hottinger serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at MGM Transformers since November 2024, leveraging nearly 20 years of expertise in legal strategy within high-growth industrial sectors. At MGM, a prominent manufacturer of advanced power distribution solutions, Tyson focuses on integrating legal, compliance, and business needs through practical counsel. Prior to this role, Tyson held the same positions at Array Technologies, Inc. from June 2021 to November 2024, where responsibilities included establishing a legal and compliance organization for a multi-billion-dollar renewable energy manufacturer. Tyson’s earlier experience includes serving as a Shareholder at Maschoff Brennan from May 2011 to June 2021, providing strategic counsel in commercial and intellectual property matters, and practicing law at Buchalter Nemer and Best Best & Krieger LLP. Tyson holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, obtained in 2007.
