Jessie Rachford is an accomplished Analytics Manager at MGMA since June 2014, responsible for leading internal data strategy and reporting, as well as CRM development for multidisciplinary teams. Previously, Jessie served as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, focusing on Microsoft SQL Server databases and complex data queries. Jessie has notable experience as a Business Development Intern at VHA Inc., where project reporting tools were standardized, and as a Community Health Educator with the Peace Corps, promoting healthcare education globally. Additional roles include Project Consultant for Draper and Associates, enhancing compliance with HUD standards, and Project Control Specialist at Georgia Transmission Corporation, where project management and software system implementation were key achievements. Jessie holds a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
