Currently serving as a Senior Graphic Designer at the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) since May 2014, Marcia focuses on enhancing medical practices through networking, education, and advocacy. Additionally, as a Marketing Consultant and Freelance Designer at MW Design since January 2003, Marcia has successfully managed multiple accounts, developed comprehensive marketing materials, and executed strategic brand initiatives. Prior work experience includes a Graphic Designer role at Cochlear from October 2006 to November 2013, where Marcia specialized in creating diverse promotional and marketing materials. Marcia holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
