Floranna Duran

Floranna Duran has a strong background in event management and business development. Floranna began their career as a Student Activities Program & Event Assistant at Johnson & Wales University in 2003. Floranna then moved on to Maritz Travel, where they held multiple roles including Senior Travel Director, Meeting Event Manager, and Business Development Executive. In 2018, they joined Mirren Business Development as the Director of Events for a brief period before transitioning to McVeigh Global Meetings and Events. At McVeigh, they have held various positions, including Project Manager, SVP of Shared Services, and their current role as SVP of Corporate.

Floranna Duran attended Johnson & Wales University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Hotel & Tourism Management.
