Rex Vollmer

Rex is a Director in the MGO Assurance practice. Rex has a broad range of experience and has audited companies in a wide-range of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, design/engineering, construction, real estate and technology, among others.

With over 20 years of experience, Rex has extensive technical expertise in handling complex financial reporting matters, including business combinations, complex debt and equity transactions, and share-based compensation. In addition to performing financial statement audits and reviews of public and nonpublic companies, Rex is also very involved in the firm’s employee benefit plan audit practice.
