Vernon G. Moore

Vernon is an Assurance Partner with extensive experience in all areas of finance and accounting reporting compliance. He focuses on audit readiness and operations management for companies of all sizes, from pre-revenue startups to multimillion-dollar multinational organizations. Vernon’s areas of specialization include IPOs, M&A transactions, investor relations, business planning and analysis, performance management, financial controls, and technical accounting.

Prior to joining MGO, Vernon worked with several firms where he led SEC audit engagements, quality control, and corporate finance teams. He is skilled at helping organizations streamline business operations to increase efficiency and bottom-line profits. Vernon was also a former accountant in Corporation Finance at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
