Daniel Polise

Daniel Polise, P.E. has extensive work experience. Daniel is currently the Founder and VP of Product, as well as the Master Blender, at MGP Ingredients since June 2023. Prior to this, they were the COO, Founder, and Master Blender at Penelope Bourbon from June 2018 to June 2023. Daniel also worked as the Principal at Polise Consulting Engineers from January 2005 to April 2023. Additionally, Daniel was a Co-Founder and Investor at East End Bar & Grill from May 2007 to January 2018.

Daniel Polise, P.E. earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Manhattan College, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
