Ana María Sanz has a diverse background in HR and legal roles, with experience in recruitment, selection, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the People Development Director at MGS, Seguro y Reaseguros S.A., Ana María is responsible for expanding the commercial department and developing the center area of Spain. With previous roles at Antal International, Lee Hecht Harrison Spain, and Faster, Ana María has a strong skill set in selection, labor relations, and legal advice. Ana María holds a Master's degree in Dirección de Personas y Desarrollo Organizativo from ESIC Business & Marketing School, a degree in Grafología from IPSIGRAP, and a Bachelor of Laws from the Universidad de Alcalá.
