Melody Tang

Melody Tang is a data and operations analyst currently employed at MGT since April 2024. Previously, Melody undertook a seasonal internship as a tax software support intern at Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US, where customer issues were troubleshot in a Microsoft Teams Azure Desktop environment. Prior experience includes serving as a research assistant at Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College, focusing on urban economics and policy. Internship roles at Assemble and the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh involved nonprofit management and operational support, respectively. Melody also acted as a career peer mentor at Carnegie Mellon, leading data analytics projects and engaging with students on career readiness. Additional roles include program strategy analyst at the National Council of Jewish Women and various positions at the Career and Professional Development Center and National Council of the United States Society of St. Vincent de Paul. Melody holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Economics, Policy, and Organization from Carnegie Mellon University.
