Serena Sacks-Mandel

Serena Sacks-Mandel is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in educational technology and administration. Currently serving as the Field Chief Technology Officer at MGT, Serena previously held notable positions at Microsoft, including Global Chief Technology/Transformation Officer for Education, Interim Education EMEA Leader, and General Manager for US Education Customer Success. Additionally, Serena has contributed as a Board Member at the Computer Museum of America and has served as Chief Information Officer for both Fulton County Schools and Florida Virtual School. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Policy Analysis from Stony Brook University, where studies were completed between 1984 and 1987.
