Toni Deguire Parker

Toni DeGuire Parker, M.Ed., currently serves as Vice President of Growth & Partnerships at MGT since May 2025, following a tenure as Head of Development and Managing Director of Corporate Giving at Teach For America from August 2021 to May 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Social Responsibility Program Manager and Education Program Manager at IBM, where involvement in the Pathways in Technology Early College High School model addressed the national skills gap. Additional experience encompasses civic leadership as a Civic Leaders Fellow with Commit to Leaders, talent management at Teach For America, and various leadership roles during graduate studies at The University of Texas at San Antonio and Trinity University. Toni DeGuire Parker holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego.
