Rick Lauer has extensive work experience in the legal field. Rick is currently the Chief Legal Officer at BrightView since 2021. Prior to that, they were the Founding Member of LauerLaw, LLC from 2018 onwards, where they provided legal, regulatory, and business development support to healthcare companies. From 2013 to 2017, Rick served as the General Counsel and VP of Strategic Acquisitions at both MHC Medical Products and Masters Pharmaceutical Inc. Before that, they were a Partner/Owner at Robbins Kelly Patterson & Tucker LPA from 2005 to 2013 and a Partner at Rendigs Fry Kiely & Dennis from 2000 to 2004.
Rick Lauer completed their education history with a JD degree in Law from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, which they attended from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Before entering college, Rick attended Walnut Hills High School in an unspecified time period.
