Constantin TATY

Constantin Taty is the Directeur des Etudes et de la Planification at the Ministère des Hydrocarbures. They have extensive experience in strategic management, project planning, and economic evaluation within the energy sector. Prior to their current role, Constantin served as a général manager at MBS Strade from 2003 to 2011, and has continued to contribute as a consultant at GETRASE since 2011 and at the Ministère de l'Agriculture et de l'Elevage since 2012. Constantin holds a Master’s degree in Economie pétrolière from Université Marien NGOUABI de Brazzaville and a DESS in Gestion de l'énergie from HEC Montréal.
