Katie Richards

Katie Richards is an experienced professional in membership management and advocacy, currently serving as the Membership & Advocacy Manager at MHEDA since November 2017. In this role, Katie is responsible for representing MHEDA to members and prospective members across North America, focusing on membership, database management, website marketing, brand awareness, and association programming. Previously, Katie held positions as a Members Engagement Specialist at MHEDA, a Promotional Representative at Signature Marketing, an Account Executive at Yelp, and completed internships at Associated and MHI. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Professional Sales from Bradley University, along with a high school diploma from Wauconda High School.
